Canada has more legal weed dispensaries than any other country in the world. There’s practically one on every corner.
To poke fun at this cultural phenomenon, and to reach a younger audience for Shreddies, we opened the world’s only Wheat Dispensary. Designed just like a dispensary, inside Canadians could enjoy their morning bowl on us by choosing from different Shreddies strains that matched their mood and day. We also encouraged people to take a hit with them with strain-inspired Spotify playlists.
Thousands of Canadians scored some wheat on us and we received some truly high acclaim. With over 5.6M media and social impressions, and 51.2M Out-of-home impressions, we were thrilled to make a sleepy cereal brand buzz-worthy again.
